Gurbaksh Singh Chahal (born July 17, 1982) is an Indian‑American entrepreneur who built and ran several online advertising companies. He started his first network, ClickAgents, at 16 and sold it to ValueClick in 2000 for about $40 million.

He co‑founded BlueLithium in 2004, which Yahoo bought for $300 million in 2007. After that, he started RadiumOne (2010) and later Gravity4 (2014, later renamed DaVinci Marketing Cloud). He also began Taara Labs (2019) and RedLotus, and he leads VendorCloud, which includes ProcureNet (launched in 2020). He has been named in various business and entrepreneurship lists over the years.

Chahal was born in Tarn Taran Sahib, Punjab, and moved to the United States with his family when he was four. He grew up in San Jose, California, and dropped out of high school at 16 to pursue internet advertising. He is known for a flashy lifestyle and has spoken publicly about his work and motivation. He has also done philanthropic work through the Chahal Foundation, supporting families of hate‑crime victims and other causes.

In 2013, Chahal was convicted on domestic violence charges after pleading no contest to one count of domestic violence battery and one count of battery. He received probation and was later fired as CEO of RadiumOne. In 2016, his probation was revoked after another domestic‑violence case, and he resigned as CEO of Gravity4 and served six months in jail. The California Court of Appeal upheld the verdict in 2018.

Chahal has received several awards and recognitions, including being named one of the 15 best young entrepreneurs of the year by Bloomberg Businessweek in 2010 and being listed among top young entrepreneurs by Complex and EY in following years. He has been involved in politics as a donor to the Democratic Party and has engaged in public speaking and writing.

In his personal life, Chahal became engaged to Punjabi actress Rubina Bajwa in 2021 and married her in 2022. He has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area and, as of 2019, was based in Hong Kong.
