Pleurotomella bellistriata is an extinct species of sea snail in the family Raphitomidae. Fossils are found in Oligocene rocks of Maryland, USA (the Woodstock stage). The shell grows to about 25 mm long and 12 mm wide. It is small and spindle-shaped with a short, pointed spire and about five whorls. The body whorl is fairly inflated, while the earlier whorls are nearly flat. The surface has many spiral threads crossed by fine wavy lines and irregularly spaced oblique ribs—about twenty on the body whorl. The ribs are strongest at the shoulder and fade toward the front and back. The shell is somewhat excavated behind the shoulder and the opening (aperture) is narrow. It was originally described as Mangilia (Pleurotomella) bellistriata.
