Guilherme Macedo dos Anjos, born 12 July 1989, is a Brazilian football coach who currently serves as the head coach of Náutico, working with his father Hélio dos Anjos. He grew up around football and trained with youth teams at clubs his father coached, but quit playing at 18 to study in São Paulo. He started as a physiotherapist and became his father’s assistant in 2012 at Atlético Goianiense. He later worked as an assistant at many clubs, including Figueirense, Fortaleza, Atlético Goianiense again, Caxias, Goiás (two spells), ABC, Najran, Al-Faisaly, Al-Qadisiyah, Paysandu (two spells), Náutico (three spells), Ponte Preta and CRB. In 2025 at Náutico, Hélio and Guilherme often spoke at press conferences together, with Guilherme still serving as an assistant in a joint leadership style. On 10 November 2025, after Náutico won promotion to Série B, they renewed their contract until 2027, now as co-head coaches.
