Grete Püvi
Grete Püvi Ayache (born 12 March 1982 in Tallinn, Estonia) is an Estonian dressage rider. She began riding at age 12 and made her international debut in 2005 in Warka, Poland. She represented Estonia at the 2011 European Dressage Championship, finishing 61st in the individual competition, and competed at the 2014 FEI World Equestrian Games. Her Grand Prix horse Talent, previously ridden by Bernard Bosseaux, was retired from competition in 2016. In 2017 she finished third in the FEI World Cup Dressage Central European League Freestyle. She is married to Alexandre Ayache, who was a reserve rider for the French Olympic team in 2016, and they have a daughter. They live in Nice, France. Her sister Pirjo Püvi is an opera singer and her uncle Leo Näppinen is a scientist. Grete speaks Estonian, French, English, German, Finnish, and Russian.
