Good Girl (Candy Shop song)
"Good Girl" is a song by the South Korean girl group Candy Shop, from their debut EP Hashtag#. It was released on March 27, 2024 as the EP's lead single. Brave Entertainment announced Candy Shop in January 2024 as Brave Girls' first new girl group since 2011, and confirmed the Hashtag# release and the lead single title in March. Teasers for the song were released on March 21, March 22, and March 26, with the music video dropping on the same day as the single.
Credits and style: The track was written and produced by Brave Brothers, with Red Cookie contributing to composition and arrangement. It is described as a Baltimore club dance song with lyrics about the lively story of the MZ generation. The song is in E minor at 150 BPM.
Chart performance: "Good Girl" debuted at number 156 on South Korea's Circle Download Chart for the week of March 24–30, 2024.
Promotion: Candy Shop held a live showcase on March 27 to introduce Hashtag# and "Good Girl." They promoted the EP on several music shows over four weeks:
