Karen Fuentes
Karen Paola Fuentes Gómez (born 3 August 2004 in Puente Alto, Santiago, Chile) is a Chilean footballer who plays as a midfielder for Club Universidad de Chile and the Chile women's national team. She joined Universidad de Chile's youth system in 2017 and was promoted to the senior team in 2021. In 2023 she signed a professional contract with Universidad de Chile and wears number 13.
Fuentes has represented Chile at the under-20 level in 2020 and 2022. She made her senior debut for Chile on 2 July 2023 in a friendly against Brazil and has 4 caps as of 6 November 2023. She played for Chile at the 2023 Pan American Games, where the team won the silver medal.
