Gian Giacomo Quadri, known as Dolcebuono (c. 1445–1504), was an Italian architect and sculptor. He was probably born in Lugano and was related to Giacomo Antonio Dolcebuono, who helped design the façade of the Certosa di Pavia. Quadri trained in Milan in the workshop of Giovanni and Guiniforte Solari, together with Giovanni Antonio Amadeo. He was already active in the Milan Cathedral when, in 1473, he decorated the church of Santa Maria presso San Celso and worked on the major cloister and the façade of the Certosa di Pavia. In 1488, with Amadeo, he took over the Pavia Cathedral project from Cristoforo Rocchi. Two years later they began the construction of the dome and tambour of the Milan Cathedral. He also helped design the church of San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore with Amadeo. He died in Milan in 1504.
