Georges Octave Dujardin-Beaumetz (27 November 1833, Barcelona – 15 February 1895, Paris) was a French physician and hygienist. He was the father of the biologist Édouard Dujardin-Beaumetz (1868–1947).

He studied medicine in Paris and became a hospital interne in 1857. He earned his medical doctorate in 1862 with the thesis De l'ataxie locomotrice, and in 1865 began work as chef de clinique at the faculty of medicine. From 1877 to 1884 he served as chef de service at the Hôpital Saint-Antoine, and later at Hôpital Cochin. He was a member of the Académie de médecine and was awarded the Légion d'honneur in 1871. He also edited the Bulletin général de thérapeutique médicale, chirurgicale, obstétricale et pharmaceutique.

Dujardin-Beaumetz stated that a vegetarian diet might help with certain gastric diseases. However, he was not a vegetarian and defended an omnivorous diet that includes meat. Despite this, vegetarians often cited him to support their arguments. Some of his works, including lessons on clinical therapy, were translated into English.
