Hypselodoris sagamiensis is a species of sea slug, a dorid nudibranch, in the family Chromodorididae. It was described by Baba in 1949 and has also been called Glossodoris sagamiensis. This nudibranch is known from Japan and India.

It has a white-translucent body with black spots on the mantle. The mantle edge shows an outer purple line and an inner yellow line. The gills and the orange rhinophores (sometimes outlined in white) stand out. It grows to at least 30 mm in length.

Hypselodoris sagamiensis feeds on sponges of the genus Euryspongia.
