Gadžin Han is a town and municipality in southern Serbia, in the Nišava District. The municipality covers 325 square kilometers and sits about 266 meters above sea level. In the 2022 census, there were 5,850 people in the municipality, with 1,194 living in the town of Gadžin Han. The municipality includes 34 settlements in total.

Gadžin Han borders Bela Palanka and the city of Niš to the north, Babušnica to the southeast, Vlasotince and Leskovac to the south, and Doljevac to the west. The 2011 census recorded 8,389 inhabitants, showing a population decline by 2022.
