G-Unit discography: The group has two studio albums, two EPs, one soundtrack album, 43 mixtapes, and 10 singles (three as a featured artist). They also have many music videos and collaborations. The members—50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, and Tony Yayo—grew up in South Jamaica, Queens. After 50 Cent was shot outside his grandmother’s house and briefly dropped by his first label, he signed with Interscope Records, which later gave him his own label because of the success of Get Rich or Die Tryin'. G-Unit gained fame through many mixtapes, including 50 Cent Is the Future, God’s Plan, No Mercy, No Fear, and Automatic Gunfire, and they were connected to the video game 50 Cent: Bulletproof (G-Unit Edition).
