Funny Looking Angels
Funny Looking Angels is a Christmas album by Smith & Burrows, the duo of Tom Smith from Editors and Andy Burrows from I Am Arrows and Razorlight. It was released on 25 November 2011 by Kitchenware Records and runs about 35 minutes.
The album includes five cover songs: Only You (Yazoo), Wonderful Life (Black), Funny Looking Angels (Delta), On and On (Longpigs), and The Christmas Song (Nat King Cole). The title track, Funny Looking Angels, was the lead single, and a second single, When the Thames Froze, came out on 12 December 2011.
Funny Looking Angels reached number 32 on the UK Indie Chart and also appeared on charts in Belgium and the Netherlands. Critics gave it generally favorable reviews, with an average score of 63 out of 100 based on 9 reviews.
