Frode Helgerud (born 17 June 1950 in Oslo) is a Norwegian businessman and Conservative Party politician. He earned the cand.philol. degree from the University of Oslo in 1976. He led the Conservative Party parliamentary caucus secretariat from 1981 to 1983 and was a political adviser to Jan P. Syse in Willoch's Second Cabinet from 1983 to 1985. He served as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Oslo during 1997–2001 and 2013–2017. In business, Helgerud worked as director of environmental information at Norsk Hydro (1985–1991), information director at Sparebanken NOR (1991–1999), and executive director of communications at Gjensidige NOR and DnB NOR (1999–2004). From 2004 to 2014 he was the chief executive of Sparebankstiftelsen DnB NOR.
