Franklin Boone Emmons (September 17, 1918 – November 5, 2005) was an American football fullback who played one season in the NFL with the Philadelphia Eagles in 1940. He played college football for the Oregon Ducks and was drafted in the fifth round of the 1940 NFL Draft (32nd overall) by the Eagles. After the 1940 season, the Eagles moved to Pittsburgh and became the Pittsburgh Steelers, but Emmons did not play for the Steelers in 1941 and soon retired. He served in the United States Army Air Forces during World War II.

In the NFL, Emmons totaled 77 rushing yards with a 2.7-yard average, 3 receptions for 19 yards, and 2 touchdowns. He stood 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighed 213 pounds. Emmons was born in Portland, Oregon, and died in Edmonds, Washington. He attended Beaverton High School in Beaverton, Oregon.
