Barnett Francis Samuel "Frank" Allen (19 February 1882 – 18 October 1948) was an Australian teacher and Labor politician in Queensland. He served as the member for Bulloo in the Queensland Legislative Assembly from 27 March 1909 to 27 April 1912. He was born in Swan Creek, Queensland, the son of Robert Allen and Jane Grayson, and was educated at East Warwick, Swan Creek, Freestone and Allora. He worked as a teacher in southern Queensland.

Allen first ran for Bulloo in 1908 but was defeated by the sitting member, John Leahy. When Leahy retired, Allen won the seat in 1909. The seat was abolished before the 1912 election, so he served only about three years.

In December 1917 he joined the First Australian Imperial Force to fight in World War I and embarked from Sydney in October 1918 on the S.S. Wyreema. He married Edith Alison Chisholm on 13 December 1909 at Mitchell, and they had four sons and a daughter.

Allen died in Brisbane in 1948 and was buried at Lutwyche Cemetery.
