Francisco Sánchez de la Fuente (died September 1498) was a Spanish Catholic bishop in the 15th century. He served as Bishop of Ávila from 1493 to 1496, after being selected by the King of Spain and confirmed by Pope Alexander VI. He then became Bishop of Córdoba from 1496 until his death in September 1498 in Córdoba, Spain. His Córdoba predecessor was Iñigo Manrique de Lara, and his successor was Juan Rodríguez de Fonseca.
