Francisco Segundo Pinochet Cifuentes, nicknamed Pinocho, was a Chilean footballer who played as a defender. He was born on 15 December 1947 in Concepción, Chile, and died on 15 May 1990 at age 42.

He began playing football as a child with Lord Cochrane, then joined the Huachipato youth system and took part in the 1965 national youth tournament.
