Football 7-a-side at the 2023 Parapan American Games

The event took place in Santiago, Chile, at Estadio Bicentenario de La Florida from 18 to 25 November 2023. There was one men’s competition with 84 players from six nations. The medals went to Brazil (gold), Argentina (silver), and the United States (bronze).

Format
- Six teams competed in a single group in a round-robin format.
- The top two teams played for gold.
- The third and fourth teams played for bronze.
- The fifth and sixth teams played for 5th place.

Classification
- The competition is for athletes with a non-progressive brain injury that affects motor control (e.g., cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, or stroke). Players must be ambulant.
- Players are classified as C5, C6, or C8.
- Teams must field at least one C5 or C6 player on the field at all times.
- No more than two C8 players may be on the field at the same time.
