Feica (born 1957) is a Pakistani political cartoonist and painter. He has worked for many newspapers and magazines in Pakistan since 1979 and now lives in Karachi. He is retired and works as an advisor and consultant, and also gives guest lectures.

He was born in Kabirwala, Punjab, and moved to Multan with his family as a child. He married in 1995 and has three children.

Feica studied Fine Arts at the National College of Arts in Lahore, graduating in 1979.

Career highlights:
- 1979: joined The Muslim as a cartoonist.
- 1980s: worked for The Star during the Zia regime and was briefly jailed for his criticism of the dictatorship. He also freelanced for Dawn and the Herald.
- 1986: left The Star and rejoined The Muslim.
- 1987: joined Frontier Post.
- Then he went to New York to work with American colleagues, stayed at Columbia University for a while, and later went to London to work on a project with The Jang Group.
- 1992: returned to Pakistan and joined Dawn as Editorial Cartoonist, a position he held until 2017, before moving to Karachi and retiring from Dawn.
- 2001: co-founded Mast FM 103, a radio station, and served as adviser and mentor there until 2015.
