Chamblac is a small commune in the Eure department of Normandy, northern France. It is part of the Bernay arrondissement and the Breteuil canton. The town covers 120.9 square kilometers and had 353 residents in 2023, giving a low population density of about 16.9 people per square kilometer. The landscape ranges from 133 to 204 meters above sea level. The mayor for 2020–2026 is Charles-Edouard de Broglie. Chamblac is inside a Natura 2000 protected area called Risle, Guiel, Charentonne, which covers about 4,747 hectares (47.5 square kilometers) and is shared with 69 other communes.
