Fadime Suna
Fadime Suna Çelik (born October 25, 1986, in Eskişehir, Turkey) is a Turkish runner who competes in middle-distance and long-distance events. She is a member of Beşiktaş J.K. Athletics Team in Istanbul.
Suna started athletics after a teacher noticed her running talent when she was in primary school, following a tough start with basketball.
Her biggest achievement came in 2011 when she won the gold medal in the 10,000 meters at the Summer Universiade in Shenzhen, China, finishing in 33:11.92.
In 2019, she competed in the women's marathon at the World Athletics Championships in Doha, Qatar, but did not finish the race.
