Exosphaeroma is a genus of small marine crustaceans called isopods, in the family Sphaeromatidae. They live in shallow coastal waters around the world and are one of the few sphaeromatids found in the southern reaches of the Southern Ocean. The greatest diversity of Exosphaeroma occurs in the Southern Hemisphere.

The genus was described by Stebbing in 1900, with Exosphaeroma gigas (Leach, 1818) as the type species. Several species are recognized within the genus.
