Evolutionary Theory was a peer‑reviewed scientific journal about evolutionary biology. It ran from 1973 to 2003 and was published by the University of Chicago in the United States. The founding editor-in-chief was Leigh Van Valen, and Melissa Stoller later joined as editor. The journal covered all aspects of evolutionary biology and is no longer published.
