Masafumi Nishi

Masafumi Nishi (西 正文, Nishi Masafumi) born November 25, 1960 in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, is a Japanese baseball player. He represented Japan at the Olympics in 1988 (Seoul) and 1992 (Barcelona), winning a bronze medal in 1992. He also played for Japan in several international events in the 1980s and 1990s, including the Asian Baseball Championship (Seoul 1989, Perth 1993) and the Intercontinental Cup (Edmonton 1985, Havana 1987, San Juan 1989, Barcelona 1991).
