Luis Antonio Colón Aquino (born May 19, 1964) is a Puerto Rican former Major League Baseball pitcher who pitched as a starter and middle reliever. Born in Santurce, Puerto Rico, he batted and threw right-handed. Aquino made his MLB debut with the Toronto Blue Jays on August 8, 1986, and played for the Blue Jays (1986), Kansas City Royals (1988–1992), Florida Marlins (1993–1994), Montreal Expos (1995), and San Francisco Giants (1995). He also played in Japan for the Kintetsu Buffaloes in 1996. His last major league game was on September 12, 1995 with the Giants. In nine MLB seasons, he posted a 31–32 win-loss record with a 3.68 ERA and 318 strikeouts. In Japan, he went 11–9 with a 4.04 ERA and 58 strikeouts. Aquino was part of the Florida Marlins' inaugural 1993 team.
