Betty Jean Hall
Betty Jean Hall (July 12, 1946 – August 16, 2024) was an American lawyer who founded the Coal Employment Project. The organization filed lawsuits against U.S. coal companies to end discrimination against women miners. Hall died on August 16, 2024, at age 78.
