Eunoe kermadeca is a species of scale worm in the Polynoidae family. It lives in the South Pacific near New Zealand at depths of 2,500 to 4,500 meters. The worm has 39 body segments and 15 pairs of elytra (scales), with no distinct color pattern. The front part of the head (prostomium) has a sharp forward projection, and the lateral antennae are located beneath the prostomium and the middle antenna. Its notochaetae (dorsal bristles) are about the same thickness as the neurochaetae (ventral bristles), and it does not have bidentate neurochaetae. It was described by Kirkegaard in 1995.
