Ethminolia degregorii is a tiny sea snail in the top snails family (Trochidae). It lives in the Red Sea, Gulf of Oman, Arabian Sea, and off Kuwait.

The shell is very small and fragile, about 2 mm high and 3 mm across. It has a disc-like shape with a low, cone-like spire and five whorls. The whorls have fine spiral lines and a slightly angled middle, with a keeled edge (carina) on the body whorl that is a bit crenulated. The body whorl is rounded at the edge. The base is convex and has a deep, wide umbilicus and fine grooves. The opening is oval. The shell surface shows five reddish bands alternating with white areas dotted in pink. On the base, white markings radiate outward.

This species was described by Caramagna in 1888. Synonyms include Gibbula De Gregorii and Monilea degregorii.
