Ericom Connect is a secure, centrally managed remote access and application publishing platform from Ericom Software. It lets people run Windows or Linux desktops and applications remotely without installing them on their local device. It’s scalable, easy to deploy, and works with any type of infrastructure, whether in the cloud or on premises. Users can connect with native clients—AccessPad for desktops, AccessToGo for mobile devices—or with AccessNow, which provides HTML5, clientless access to Windows desktops and apps from any HTML5 browser (including Macs, phones, and Chromebooks).

Key features include performance monitoring, real-time analytics, and business intelligence. It supports two-factor authentication (RSA SecurID),.multi-tenancy and multi-datacenter setups via a single web interface, and a Launch Simulation tool that lets admins visualize step-by-step user processes from the console. To improve reliability, configurations and logs can be distributed across multiple servers to avoid a single point of failure. Ericom Connect launched in 2015 as the successor to PowerTerm Web Connect, using a new grid architecture for greater scalability, reliability, and flexibility.
