Arkansas Highway 351
Arkansas Highway 351 is the designation for two state highways in Northeast Arkansas. The first is a short 0.92-mile segment in Jonesboro that starts on the north frontage road for I-555/US-63 and runs north to AR 18 as Industrial Drive. The second is a longer 13.87-mile segment that begins at Airport Road in Jonesboro (east of the BNSF railroad tracks near the Jonesboro Municipal Airport) and travels northeast, briefly overlaps US 49/AR 1, and then continues north to AR 358. Between the western junction with US 49/AR 1 and County Road 766, this route is part of the Crowley’s Ridge Parkway, a National Scenic Byway, and it also lies within the Arkansas Heritage Trails System. The route is followed by two Civil War trails—the Steele’s Movements (Second Phase Pea Ridge Campaign) and Davidson’s Approach (Little Rock Campaign)—highlighting AR 351’s historic role as a main north–south road between Paragould and Jonesboro. Both segments have existed since November 1966 and are maintained by the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD).
