Elizabeth was a British merchant ship built at Dartmouth, England in 1805. She was a 392-ton barque. In 1836 she made one voyage to Australia as a convict transport, under master John Austin and surgeon Robert Espie. She sailed from London on 26 June 1836, reached Sydney on 12 October 1836, carrying 161 female convicts with no deaths. After leaving Port Jackson on 21 November 1836, she went to Valparaíso, Chile with passengers and cargo. She had some repairs in 1836 and was listed in Lloyd's Register with Austin as master and J. Somes as owner, trading London—South Seas. Elizabeth was condemned in 1838 and last listed in 1839.
