The Electoral district of Brown Hill-Ivanhoe was a Western Australia Legislative Assembly seat in the Goldfields region, covering part of Boulder near Kalgoorlie and surrounding mining areas. It existed from 1911 to 1950, created by combining Brown Hill and Ivanhoe, and it was abolished at the 1950 redistribution, with its area divided between Boulder and Hannans.

The seat was a very safe Labor seat. Its first member was John Scaddan, who had been the member for Ivanhoe since 1904 and who became Premier after the 1911 election.

In the 1910s, Labor faced trouble. Scaddan resigned as Premier after a no-confidence vote in 1916. A ministerial by-election occurred, and Scaddan attempted to regain his seat, but in 1917 he was defeated by John Lutey. After that, Scaddan briefly returned to Parliament, but the Labor split over conscription in 1917 helped Lutey stay as the local MP. Lutey then served as Chairman of Committees from 1924 to 1930 and remained the member for the seat until his death in 1932.

Frederick Smith won the seat unopposed in a by-election on 14 July 1932 and served as Minister for Justice and Minister for Railways from 1936 to 1939. He held the Brown Hill-Ivanhoe seat until the district’s abolition at the 1950 election, when he retired from politics.
