Edward Hastings, 2nd Baron Hastings (26 November 1466 – 8 November 1506) was an English nobleman. He was born at Kirby Muxloe Castle, Leicestershire, the son of William Hastings, 1st Baron Hastings, and Katherine Neville. Katherine came from the Neville and Montagu families and had previously been married to William Bonville; she had a daughter Cecily.

Edward had three brothers—William, Richard, and George—and two sisters, Anne (who married George Talbot, 4th Earl of Shrewsbury) and Elizabeth. He was made a Knight of the Bath in 1475 and a Privy Councillor in 1504.

From 1478 to 1506 he was married to Mary Hungerford, daughter of Sir Thomas Hungerford and Anne Percy. Edward and Mary had two sons and a daughter.

When Edward was about 16, his father was arrested and beheaded on the orders of Richard, Duke of Gloucester (the future Richard III). Edward Hastings died on 8 November 1506, aged 39, and was likely buried at the Blackfriars in London. After his death, his widow Mary married Sir Richard Sacheverell in 1509, but they had no children. Mary died before 10 July 1533 and was buried at Leicester.
