Edvard Hammond (died 9 April 1711) was a Norwegian civil servant and politician. He served as the County Governor of Stavanger amt from 1700 to 1710. In 1710 he was appointed Diocesan Governor of Bergenhus stiftamt and, at the same time, the County Governor of Bergenhus amt, a role he held until his death in 1711. He was born in Trondheim, Norway, and held Danish-Norwegian citizenship.
