Eagle Rock Music Festival is a yearly street festival in Eagle Rock, California, held in October. Local Los Angeles musicians perform on Colorado Boulevard, the festival’s main street. It started as Dahlia Days, named after the flower. Head organizer Brian Akio Martinez says the goal is to celebrate art and culture in the community and to support nearby businesses. It began with small groups playing in coffee houses and restaurants, but it grew until people spilled out onto the sidewalks and into the streets.
