Drew Nicholas (born May 17, 1981) is an American former pro basketball player and current NBA front-office executive. A 6'4" shooting guard from Hempstead, New York, he played at Long Island Lutheran and Maryland, helping Maryland win the 2002 NCAA championship and earning All-ACC honors as a senior. After going undrafted in 2003, he spent his career in Europe with teams in Italy, Spain, Turkey, and Greece, led the EuroLeague in scoring in 2005-06, and won two EuroLeague titles with Panathinaikos in 2009 and 2011, along with Greek League titles and cups. He finished his playing days with Armani Jeans Milano and CSKA Moscow, retiring in 2013.

Following retirement, Nicholas became a basketball analyst and scout. He worked for the Minnesota Timberwolves, Philadelphia 76ers, and Boston Celtics in front-office and scouting roles, and in 2022 joined the Denver Nuggets as director of scouting. In 2025 he was named the Boston Celtics’ executive director of player personnel. He lives in Denver with his wife and three children.
