Botuverá is a municipality in the southern Brazilian state of Santa Catarina, in the Vale do Itajaí region. In 2020, about 5,322 people lived there. The town is in the UTC-3 time zone. Botuverá includes part of the Canela Preta Biological Reserve, a protected area that covers 1,899 hectares (4,690 acres).
