Doto galapagoensis is a tiny sea slug, a nudibranch in the Dotidae family. It was described in 2010 from Floreana Island in the Galapagos Islands.

Distribution
- First described from Floreana, Galapagos Islands.

Description
- The animal is a translucent white nudibranch with black or ash-gray spots on its surface.
- It has cerata (finger-like appendages on its back) that are transparent with a cream or white digestive gland inside.
- The terminal tubercle has an internal black spherical spot.
- Only one specimen is known, probably a juvenile, about 3 mm long when alive and moving.
- There are five pairs of cerata, but only the first two are developed with surface tubercles.

Ecology
- It was found living near small hydroids.
