Dmytro Vitaliyovych Makhnyev (born 2 March 1996) is a Ukrainian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back. He was born in Dnipropetrovsk and is 1.94 m tall. He trained with youth teams such as Dnipro-75, Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, and Inter Dnipropetrovsk. Makhnyev has played for several clubs across Ukraine and had a spell with Daugavpils in Latvia. Notable stops include Enerhiya Nova Kakhovka (75 games, 18 goals), Veres Rivne (17 games), Karpaty Lviv (16 games, 1 goal), and UCSA Tarasivka (37 games, 5 goals). In summer 2022 he joined Karpaty Lviv as a centre-back. As of 2025 he plays for FSC Mariupol, with 7 appearances.
