Djavan da Silva Ferreira, known as Djavan, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a left-back for Real Noroeste. He was born on 31 December 1987 in Serrinha, Bahia, and is 1.84 m tall.

Djavan began his career in Brazil’s lower leagues, starting with Feirense-BA in 2012 (including a loan spell). In 2013 he moved to Académica in Portugal on loan, where he made 27 appearances and scored once. Benfica signed him in 2014, but weeks later Braga bought him for €1 million, and he stayed there until 2017, making 48 league appearances.

After Braga, Djavan played for Chaves (2017–2019) and Moreirense (2019–2020) in Portugal. He then returned to Brazil, playing for Jacuipense (2021), Real Noroeste (2022), Alagoinhas (2023), and returning to Real Noroeste in 2024.

Notable moments include his Primeira Liga debut for Académica on 18 August 2013 in a 2–0 loss to Gil Vicente, and his league debut for Braga on 13 September 2014. He also featured in the 2015 Taça de Portugal final with Braga, which they lost on penalties to Sporting CP after a 2–2 draw.

As of 2025, Djavan remains with Real Noroeste, bringing extensive experience from Brazil and Portugal.
