Divisiones Regionales de Fútbol in Extremadura are the regional leagues at the bottom of Spain’s football system. They include four levels:

- Primera Extremeña — sixth level, organized by the Football Federation of Extremadura.

- Regional Preferente — four groups of 16 clubs. The top four teams from each group go into promotion playoffs for a chance to reach the 3ª RFEF – Group 14. The bottom four are relegated to Segunda Extremeña.

- Segunda Extremeña — seventh level, organized by the Football Federation of Extremadura.

- Primera Regional — four groups of 14 teams. The champions of each group are promoted to Regional Preferente, and the two best runners-up also get promoted through a playoff. No teams are relegated from this league, as it is the lowest level in Extremadura.
