Diplostephium espinosae
Diplostephium espinosae is a flowering plant in the sunflower family (Asteraceae) that is found only in Ecuador. It grows in subtropical or tropical moist montane forests and in subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrublands. The species is listed as Near Threatened on the IUCN Red List (IUCN 3.1) due to habitat loss.
