Rafał Ratajczyk, born 5 April 1983 in Żyrardów, Poland, is a former Polish cyclist who competed on track and on the road. He rode as a professional for Grupa PSB-Atlas-Orbea in 2005, MBK-Cycles-Scout in 2006, and CCC–Polsat–Polkowice in 2011, and he also rode for Poland’s national teams in 2008–2009 and 2010.

He represented Poland at the World Championships, competing in the points race in Bordeaux in 2006 and the scratch race in Palma de Mallorca in 2007. He also took part in the European Elite Championships in 2010 (Omnium in Pruszków) and 2011 (Points Race in Apeldoorn). In December 2009, Ratajczyk received a six-month ban for doping after testing positive for ephedrine.
