Dick Loftus
Dick Loftus, born Richard Joseph Loftus on March 7, 1901, in Concord, Massachusetts, was an American baseball outfielder. He played in Major League Baseball for the Brooklyn Robins in 1924 and 1925. Loftus batted left and threw right. He made his MLB debut on April 20, 1924, and played his final game on September 14, 1925. Over his career, he had a batting average of .250, with 0 home runs and 21 runs batted in. He died on January 21, 1972, in Concord, Massachusetts, at the age of 70.
