Artists' Repertory Theatre
ART, short for Artists' Repertory Theatre, is a Fresno, California-based community theatre group. It was started in 2005 and gave its first performance in 2006, Love's Fire. In 2009 ART staged Fresno’s premiere of Rabbit Hole and caused a local stir with the Fresno premiere of The Rocky Horror Show. The Fresno Bee has noted ART as one of the few Fresno groups with an established reputation for quality. Many ART board members are affiliated with the summer Woodward Shakespeare Festival, so ART’s season runs from fall to spring.
