Jodel Harold Oluwafemi Dossou (born 17 March 1992) is a Beninese footballer who plays as a midfielder for Victoria Rosport in Luxembourg and for the Benin national team. He was born in Dassa-Zoumé, Benin, and is 1.80 meters tall.

Career
Dossou began his senior career in Benin with CIFAS de Djeffa and Tonnerre d'Abomey, then played for Club Africain. He joined Red Bull Salzburg in 2014 but did not appear in league games for them and was loaned to FC Liefering, where he played 8 matches and scored 2 goals. He went on to play for Austria Lustenau, Vaduz, TSV Hartberg, Clermont Foot, Sochaux (and Sochaux II), Toulon, and finally Victoria Rosport.

International
Since 2013, Dossou has been a member of the Benin national team, earning 76 caps and scoring 11 goals (as of January 2026).

Notable transfers
- August 2020: Moved to Clermont Foot from TSV Hartberg.
- January 2023: Signed for Sochaux on a contract through June 2025, which ended by mutual consent in July 2024.
