Dichomeris arotrosema is a moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Thomas de Grey, 6th Baron Walsingham, in 1911. It is found in Veracruz, Mexico. The wingspan is 17–22 mm. The forewings are dark chocolate brown from the lower edge up to about two-fifths of the wing, fading upward and outward into a dark tawny color that covers the outer half of the wing and the fringe. There is a large pale tawny patch at the base of the leading edge, and a small pale tawny spot near the inner rear area before the wing tip. The hindwings are dark brown.
