1999 Atlantic Coast Conference baseball tournament

The 1999 ACC baseball tournament was held May 18–22 at Durham Bulls Athletic Park in Durham, North Carolina. Nine teams competed, starting with a play-in round to reduce to eight teams, followed by an eight-team double-elimination format.

Wake Forest won the championship, their third ACC tournament title, coached by George Greer (his second ACC tournament title). Andrew Riepe of Wake Forest was the tournament MVP.

The Demon Deacons earned the ACC’s automatic bid to the 1999 NCAA Division I baseball tournament. Attendance for the event was 22,777.
