Deutsche Medizinische Wochenschrift (German Medical Weekly) is a long-running German medical journal. It began in 1875, founded by Paul Albrecht Börner, and is published weekly in German. The publisher is Georg Thieme Verlag (Germany). It is the official journal of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Innere Medizin and the Gesellschaft Deutscher Naturforscher und Ärzte. The editor-in-chief is Martin Middeke. The journal's history spans 1875 to the present.

In the 1980s, the DMW was highly regarded by impact factor, but its prominence declined in the following years as German-language medical publishing diminished and many English-language journals emerged. According to Journal Citation Reports, the 2008 impact factor was 0.625, ranking 86th out of 107 in General and Internal Medicine. The DMW continues to publish medical articles and reviews.
