Captain House is an Indian comedy-drama with horror and fantasy elements. It was created and co-produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor for Balaji Telefilms. The show aired on DD Metro from January 2, 1995, to November 19, 1996. It stars Kanwaljeet Singh and centers on a young widow and her two children who move into a haunted house. Produced by Balaji Telefilms, it was filmed in Mumbai using a single-camera setup and ran about 24 minutes per episode. The series had one season with 35 episodes.
